- 2 lean beef patties or 300g lean mince
- Shredded lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Pickles
- Cooked or grated beetroot
- Red onion, sliced
- Cheese
- Cooked rice or extra greens, for the base
- Yoghurt burger sauce: Greek yoghurt, mustard, pickle juice, olive oil, salt and pepper

- Cook the beef patties or brown the mince, seasoning well.
- Whisk the yoghurt burger sauce ingredients together.
- Build a base of rice or greens.
- Top with the beef, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, pickles, onion and cheese.
- Drizzle generously with the yoghurt sauce and serve.
