  • 2 lean beef patties or 300g lean mince
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Pickles
  • Cooked or grated beetroot
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Cheese
  • Cooked rice or extra greens, for the base
  • Yoghurt burger sauce: Greek yoghurt, mustard, pickle juice, olive oil, salt and pepper

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Method

  1. Cook the beef patties or brown the mince, seasoning well.
  2. Whisk the yoghurt burger sauce ingredients together.
  3. Build a base of rice or greens.
  4. Top with the beef, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, pickles, onion and cheese.
  5. Drizzle generously with the yoghurt sauce and serve.
