๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • Butter or oil, for cooking

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Method

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the batter feels too thick, add a splash of water or milk.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan on low-medium with a little butter or oil.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
  5. Cook 1-2 mins until bubbles form and the edges look set.
  6. Flip and cook another minute.
  7. Stack and repeat until the batter is gone. Top with fresh fruit, maple syrup and butter.
