3 Ingredient Protein Pancakes
The best things in life are simple โ simple ingredients and an easy recipe that always works, no fussing in the morning.
๐งบ Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- Butter or oil, for cooking
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
- Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
- If the batter feels too thick, add a splash of water or milk.
- Heat a non-stick pan on low-medium with a little butter or oil.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
- Cook 1-2 mins until bubbles form and the edges look set.
- Flip and cook another minute.
- Stack and repeat until the batter is gone. Top with fresh fruit, maple syrup and butter.
