Golden Turmeric Scramble
Most people add turmeric wrong โ it's fat-soluble and needs black pepper for absorption. Here's a quick, high-protein way to get it right.

- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper (boosts absorption)
- 1 tsp butter or olive oil (turmeric is fat-soluble)
- Salt, to taste
- Spinach or herbs (optional)
- Toast, to serve

- Whisk the eggs with the turmeric, black pepper and a pinch of salt.
- Melt the butter or oil in a pan over low-medium heat.
- Add the eggs and gently fold until just set and creamy.
- Serve on toast, with spinach or herbs if you like.
