  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper (boosts absorption)
  • 1 tsp butter or olive oil (turmeric is fat-soluble)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Spinach or herbs (optional)
  • Toast, to serve
