Crispy Feta Chilli Eggs

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • A chunk of feta
  • Dried chilli flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1-2 slices toast

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Method

  1. Fry a chunk of feta in a pan with dried chilli flakes until crisp and golden.
  2. Crack in two eggs and cook on medium until the yolks are still runny but the whites are set.
  3. Wilt some spinach in the pan.
  4. Pile it all onto toast and you're done.
