Sardine glow plate

My go-to lunch when I can't be bothered cooking โ€” every ingredient on this plate serves a purpose to help you look and feel glowy.

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • 1 tin sardines
  • 1 carrot, cut into sticks
  • Parmesan cheese
  • A handful of blackberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Seeded crackers
  • 1 slice sourdough

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Method

  1. Boil the eggs, then peel and halve.
  2. Arrange the sardines, eggs, avocado and parmesan on a plate.
  3. Add the carrot sticks, blackberries, crackers and sourdough around them.
  4. Season and drizzle with olive oil to taste.
