Sardine glow plate
My go-to lunch when I can't be bothered cooking โ every ingredient on this plate serves a purpose to help you look and feel glowy.
๐งบ Ingredients
- 1 tin sardines
- 1 carrot, cut into sticks
- Parmesan cheese
- A handful of blackberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 boiled eggs
- Seeded crackers
- 1 slice sourdough
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
- Boil the eggs, then peel and halve.
- Arrange the sardines, eggs, avocado and parmesan on a plate.
- Add the carrot sticks, blackberries, crackers and sourdough around them.
- Season and drizzle with olive oil to taste.
