Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding

A dessert-for-breakfast chia pudding that keeps me full until lunch and satisfies my sweet tooth without feeling deprived.

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 scoop (about 3 tbsp) chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • Honey or maple, to taste
  • Berries, to top

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Method

  1. Whisk the chia seeds, cacao powder and protein powder with the milk until smooth.
  2. Sweeten to taste.
  3. Stir again after 5 minutes to stop it clumping.
  4. Refrigerate until thick (ideally overnight), then top with berries.
