Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding
A dessert-for-breakfast chia pudding that keeps me full until lunch and satisfies my sweet tooth without feeling deprived.
๐งบ Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 scoop (about 3 tbsp) chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Honey or maple, to taste
- Berries, to top
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
- Whisk the chia seeds, cacao powder and protein powder with the milk until smooth.
- Sweeten to taste.
- Stir again after 5 minutes to stop it clumping.
- Refrigerate until thick (ideally overnight), then top with berries.
