Galactic Glowup Smoothie
A pretty, berry-packed protein smoothie โ blend, blend, blend and enjoy.
๐งบ Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup milk (your choice)
- 3/4 cup water
- Greek yogurt + a little spirulina powder, to decorate
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
- Add the berries, banana, protein powder, chia seeds, milk and water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- To decorate, smear some Greek yogurt inside the glass and dust with a light smear of spirulina powder.
- Pour in and enjoy.
