Galactic Glowup Smoothie

A pretty, berry-packed protein smoothie โ€” blend, blend, blend and enjoy.

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk (your choice)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Greek yogurt + a little spirulina powder, to decorate

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Method

  1. Add the berries, banana, protein powder, chia seeds, milk and water to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. To decorate, smear some Greek yogurt inside the glass and dust with a light smear of spirulina powder.
  4. Pour in and enjoy.
